# Technical Risks

* Failure or termination of TBC contract development and its resulting inability to deliver or use TBC.
* Delays or postponements in TBC contract development, resulting in the failure to meet predetermined schedules.
* Errors, defects, or other issues in the source code.
* TBC failure, crash, paralysis, rollback, or hard fork.
* Leakage, loss, or destruction of TBC wallet private keys by any participant.
* Default, violation, infringement, crash, paralysis, termination, or suspension of services, fraud, misoperation, misconduct, error, negligence, bankruptcy, liquidation, dissolution, or closure of any third-party distribution platform for TBC.
* Differences, conflicts, or contradictions between agreements between individuals and third-party distribution platforms and the content of this whitepaper.
